THE 1st GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS


On the 4th-8th of OCTOBER,marks NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK and THE 1st GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS,as part of the International Customer Service Week celebrations which is always the first full week of October.
Started by the International Customer Service Association in 1988, it has become a global week to celebrate excellence in customer service.
Each year, thousands of businesses around the world celebrate Customer Service Week. It’s an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honouring the employees responsible for the taking care of customers.
THIS EVENT IN GHANA IS BEING ORGANIZED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE AND THE GHANA WRITERS AND NEWSPAPERS SOCIETY,A MEDIA AND PUBLIC ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF GHANA.
